We currently offer shipping within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon with applicable terms.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees apply to all orders and are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3–7 working days. Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to courier issues.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or verified (for COD). Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

6. Shipping Terms for Future International Orders
International shipping (coming soon) will include:

• Shipping charges based on destination and parcel weight

• Customs duties/taxes to be borne by the customer

• Delivery time varies by country

• No COD for international orders

7. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to receive, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

For damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and proof of issue.
